Howdy, friend! I’m Ivy McCay — a western photographer and seventh generation cattle rancher with a deep love for capturing the rural life I’ve been lucky enough to live.

I’m a ranch girl at heart, born and raised in Texas, where I learned that the land, livestock, and open spaces hold stories, lessons, and beauty worth keeping — and I’ve been documenting them for over 10 years now.

I strive to photograph images that capture the raw beauty, timeless grit and quiet moments of ranch life and God's creation, turning them into fine art. My greatest hope is that my imagery allows folks to bring a little piece of the western lifestyle and southern living into their own homes and businesses.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me at my family's ranch, treasure hunting at an estate sale, watching college sports, wandering the fields at the Round Top Antique Show, or styling up my favorite western outfit. I’ve never met a thrift store or an old pair of boots I didn’t love — and I’m a firm believer in supporting small businesses who keep agriculture and western style alive and well.

I’m also proud to be a two-time graduate of Texas A&M University, and even more proud to call rural Texas home. Thank you for being here.
